Knowledge of MS Office Understanding of financial documents for various entities like proprietorship firm, partnership firm, companies etc. Understanding of mortgage underwriting concepts and processes Self starter High personal integrity Decision Making Ability Interpersonal skills in relationship building
Desired Profile	Credit Underwriting of LAP cases for as per policy. Analysis of financial ratios, cash flows assessment & recommendation of the proposal. Personal Discussion with the customer at his business premises. Appointment and Liaising with legal, technical, verification & other external vendors. Handling disbursements Track PDD status and ensure collection
