Designation Head/VP/GM-Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Job Description
  • Play the CTB Lead role for the function to identify the change BoW and drive solutions towards sustainable change and implementation.
  • Build and sustain the CI (Continuous Improvement) Culture in the teams.
  • Interact with senior stakeholders to garner support, mitigate risks.
  • Provide and drive solutions leveraging process and data analytics.
  • Lead large change projects.
  • Periodic checks to ensure that SLA/KPIs being reported and accurate and captured appropriately.
  • Manage governance of the change BoW.
Desired Profile
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant / MBA from a Tier 1 Institute in India or overseas.
  • At least 15-17 years of experience obtained in a Multi-national / International company either within or outside of India.
  • Prior experience of managing change in an outsourcing environment in a finance function. Extensive and recent experience in a similar position, preferably within an outsourcing environment.
  • Strong influencing and navigating skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills with ability to deliver high quality presentations and management reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and present meaningful analysis for management reporting purposes.
