• New customer acquisition.
• Achieving targets based on AOP.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding as per agreed norms.
• SLA Monitoring.
• Review pending calls.
• Ensuring 90% calls gets closed within 3 days and 100% within 7 days.
• Co-ordinate with SCM for complaints pending for spares.
• MSL plan & Brand independency.
• Manpower planning to cater to seasonal loads.
• MSL plan for summer to avoid SLA violation.
• Guide the team to develop generic spares to avoid dependency on brands.
• Product capability enhancement.
• Enhance the capability of the vertical to handle more products like water cooled systems, deep freezers, chiller plants etc.
• Optimized operations.
• Ensure operation expenses are monitored and wastages reduced.
• Reduction in repeat calls due to technical incompetency.
• Analysis of Field Failure and take corrective actions.
• Special project execution.
• Ensure proper project plan is made as per the input from customer.
• Monitor the execution of project.
• Review the progress periodically.
• Timely closure of the project.

The candidate will be mainly managing after sales service/maintenance of HVAC and Stock Loss and Prevention Vertical (SLP) in resQ .
