Job Description	Shall be responsible for producing / improving various Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring compliance thereof at all times. Shall be responsible for critical areas e.g., Mobilization, Internship and Placement. Shall be responsible for obtaining Accreditations / memberships of various bodies and renewal thereof. Shall be responsible for quality of training at the Academy and to strive for enhancing the benchmark to match the international standards. Shall be responsible for building relationship with NGOs, Associations, bodies corporate, government departments and other organizations in the Sector. Should be Team Leader who can lead by example.
Desired Profile	Post graduate in Management with 20 years experience out of with at least 5 years must be managing large vocation training institutions preferably in Healthcare sector.
