Job Details

• Design and implement security policies and procedures
• Ensuring overall physical security of the plant and townships by prevention of pilferage/theft.
• Monitoring and control of man, material and vehicular movements in and out of the plant
• Effective intelligence gathering in order to identify and eliminate potential problem causing elements to the normal functioning of the unit
• Liasoning with the police and other government officials to ensure strict compliance to statutory and regulatory norms
• Devise and execute strategies for upgradation of existing security system in line with best in class industry practices
• Facility Management:
• ? Preparation of annual admin budget and monitor the same on monthly basis
• Ensuring welfare of all employees with respect to Food, Transport, Housekeeping and Accommodation (Township & Service Apartment)
• To monitor various costs like rent, taxes, travel, office expenses, postage, telephone, printing and stationery costs etc.
• Coordinate with Purchase Department for negotiation and finalization of admin related contracts
• Review performance of service providers and ensure the service levels meet the expectations
• Improvement of admin infrastructure inside the plant and township premises Facilitate and organize various functions/parties/delegation visits and other office events
• Liaison with various stakeholders including government and statutory authorities

Graduate with Ex-Defence / Paramilitary background and of the rank equivalent to Captain

Knowledge of Tamil is Mandatory. The incumbent should be willing to relocate to Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu.
