Job Details

1.Handle core areas of mining, environment and forest in relation to Jharkhand. This area has relatively less of litigation and plenty of strategy making and decision making as their implications is very high. It is expected that the officer has complete know how of the issues as such matters leave very little scope for any error.

2. Jamshedpur Land Lease issues are very critical as they have a history close to a 100 years. The Officer is expected to know the most of the facts and the law associated with it so as to ensure smooth running of the industrial town.

3.Land Issues of other locations and divisions are equally important and indepth knowledge of the land issues of such divisions and locations are expected from the Officer.

4.Electricity Issues- Must possess sound knowledge of electricity maters and keep vigil over any statutory or regulatory development in electricity matter to help the revenues or protect revenue leakages

5.Must possess sound knowledge of criminal law related to offences by a company or offences against company.

6.Must possess sound knowledge of labour and service matters

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline along with LLB degree, having minimum of five years professional experience.

Professional Experience of working in a law firm, or in house. In-house counsel to be preferred.
