Designation	Operations Manager
Job Description	Support Chief Procurement & Supply Chain officer in framing yearly Purchase function budgets ,Category sourcing & Supply strategies & Policies and monitor implementation Should have good experience in Natural Rubber Procurement. RMC/Net Sales ratio reduction and support EBIDTA growth and benchmarking to industry Review and monitor Procurement/Inventory Plans and stretch Credit limits with vendors & Service providers for effective WC management. Vendor Relationship Management in line with Organizational goals & objectives and procurement strategy needs Drive and lead vendor and new material development program , with stress on building up cross functional teams to ensure quick implementation of NPDs Develop, implement and monitor Operational and process excellence projects through systems and process rationalization/simplification Study and analysis key market trends for Major Raw materials for effective price negotiations with analysis of Market / Procurement intelligence data from dependable sources viz. ICIS , Platts etc. Lead & moderate Vendor Development and Material substitution related meetings and other discussions with Technical function Head for proactive generation of cost saving /quality upgradation projects.
Desired Profile	Should have experience in Procurement of Natural Rubber. Should be from Tyre or Rubber Industry.
