Business Applications:

• Evaluate, Understand, and Analyze Business Systems in order to properly interact with Service Delivery functions.
• Work with Service Delivery teams to plan, coordinate and implement system as well as business process upgrades
• General knowledge of multiple IT functions is required, including but not limited to ERP, PLM, EDI, Web Development, and HRMS

Infrastructure and System Software:

• General knowledge of IT infrastructure elements such as Servers, PCs, LAN, peripherals and WAN
• General understanding of UNIX and Database Administration

Knowledge Required for Position:

• Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Business Processes

• General business knowledge (Engineering, Procurement, Sales, IS, Finance, HR, etc.)

• Define and implement regional and site IT strategies standards in alignment with the global strategies
• Ensure proper, safe and secure IS infrastructure and operations for the regional business
• Implement, support and maintain all the business systems such as ERP, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc in liaison with global teams
