Experience in RAN/Core Experience in Line Management(handle a team of Project Coordinators and Quality Leads) and Project Delivery Management is required General shift and will handle NAM Customers JG 9, Location Chennai Travelling 20% PMP is preferred

1. Work directly with customer service and operations teams to drive requirements and deliver solutions to meet business goals and objectives.
2. Directly own and drive project implementation requirements and deliverables
3. Socialize with portfolio teams to create/update service catalogue items
4. Compile, review and utilize feedback from the business to implement or change existing services or processes.
5. Prioritizes own and team’s work. Anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change.
6. Sets and meets realistic deadlines. Forecasts changes and communicates current and projected issues.
7. Proper Risk planning and Risk response plans.
8. Ensures a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project Scope, Schedule & budget.
9. Motivates project team members to action. Identifies common themes, makes inferences and draws conclusions
