Designation Global Account Manager
Job Description
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a role of Corporate Sales or Solution Provider in Payments.

  • Must have deep insight and broad knowledge of managing Large and Globally wide spread accounts.

  • Experienced in consultative payments solution selling to corporate customers, consultative selling and/or contract negotiation is preferred.

  • Proven success record in Business Development and / or Corporate Sales is preferred.

  • Must have practical business experience with internal stakeholder management across geographical boundaries.

  • Experienced in plotting acquisition scenario for targeted Merchants, conducting Customer / Partner meetings, negotiate commercial terms / contract documents, and close deals in timely manner.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication skills.

Desired Profile
  • Developing deep understanding of business of the Global Account,  innovative and propose unique solutions that create “win-win” situations for Local business units of the Global Accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of Global Accounts across various segments and help grow the business through active engagement and partnering to cross-sell / up-sell, to existing clients.
  • Implementing best practice value selling and account management systems and processes.
  • Provide Global Accounts with consultation based payment solution.
  • Negotiate and close terms and contract for any local market and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate Operation support team and Integration support team to provide necessary support for any technical issues or upgrades.
  • Ongoing contact point with Accounts for major issues about contract, joint Marketing, Product, Integration, and / or Operation.
  • Identify, analyze and develop new business opportunities with Merchants during their entire life cycle of operations in India.
  • Responsible to meet and exceed financial and other targets set for individual and the team.
  • Build relation with Key Decision makers and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as primary, business development liaison with internal key contacts (Sales, Marketing, Integration, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance etc) for Merchant problem resolutions.
  • Improve business by generating new and practical ways of doing things in order to solve problems and gain advantage in competition.
  • Assess and understand customers’ rational needs and concerns to develop/improve Sales initiatives.
