Designation	Manager - Electrical Engineering & Administration
Job Description	Liaison for all electrical related statutory matters for plants and offices Conducting electrical and energy audits, identifying gaps, budgeting and driving closures of the same Responsible for electrical safety and energy efficiency across network Responsible for PMS, service and maintenance contracts for entire network Designing & managing critical spare requirements across plant Inventory management of electrical spares/equipment across plants Handle the responsibility of office Administration at Bangalore Office including liaison with lease car companies, company vehicles, accommodation and setting up of new offices/factories. Under office administration the incumbent is also required to be incharge of contract resources pertaining to Housekeeping. The incumbent will be accountable for office maintenance, annual contracts, ergonomics study, etc and ensuring employee comfort. Liaison with govt. officials, various state electricity departments. Electrical capital & revenue expenditure proposal for Factory & Packaging machines Post Project implementation appraisal of various electrical projects Coordination with the purchase department for sourcing & maintenance orders Coordination with the Projects Department in respect to electrical layout, electrical design / scheme, statutory requirements for setting up factories or operational related infrastructure Responsible for preparing and monitoring Capital Funding Report (CFR) and capex and revenue expenditure under machine maintenance etc. Assist and coordinate with various functions for installation and shifting of machinery Coordinate health and safety across plants and offices. Single point of contact for engineering based MIS across plants. Design and Drive engineering improvement projects across plants including automation.
Desired Profile	Strong understanding of electrical engineering Project Management Proposal planning (CAPEX & REVEX) Well networked with machine and Technology manufacturers, govt. officials and electricity department. Knowledge of packaging industry technology and automation. Should have requisite skills in electrical rules & regulations with good stakeholder management across all states Skill and maturity to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to drive several projects across plants and locations simultaneously Certification of EHS and capability to drive safety projects and certifications.
