Job Description	Timely preparation of financial statements, MIS of the business, closure of books. Responsible for capitalization of assets, billing both manual & DNR systems, bank reconciliation. ERP exposure like Axapta, SAP. Proper maintenance of records, documents, statutory audits. Be able to initiate internal controls, cost measures, rectify discrepancies. Ensure preparation and circulation of documents deficiency reports, data on ageing and NPA provisions.
Desired Profile	Critical Skills & experience: Qualified CA wth 1st/2nd Attempt with 2-4 years of post Qualification experience in the following: Critical analysis of finance & account statements Timely preparation of reports, MIS ERP experience of accounting software Timely bank reconciliation of accounts Should have worked as an SBU Head Able to lead a team Numeric power Quick grasping ability Work under stress
