Designation	Team Lead/Technical Lead
Job Description	Work as a member of development team with hand-on programming and design skills; Lead 2 to 4 development team members and technically drive them towards results; Lead design and development of BSS/OSS program components and extensions Estimation and project planning & tracking; Work on BSS/OSS product development projects; Involvement in solution implementation projects; Interaction with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Customer Support teams; Provide expertise and best practices on technical aspects of product development and implementation projects including performance; Introduce new development technologies, instruments and techniques. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing dynamics of projects/assignments
Desired Profile	Experience working as team lead with more than 2 developers; Experience in writing technical design of the application / reviewing and validating existing technical design (peer-review); Proficiency in Japanese language (Speak is a must, Read/Write will be an added advantage). JLPT certification is mandatory; Strong OOP skills (overriding\overloading, static\final key words usage, access modifiers, inner classes); Deep understanding and working experience in Core Java and Advance Java concepts such as Design patterns, Collections, Annotations, Generics, Threads, String, Regex, Exceptions, JSP, Servlets, Spring (Core, MVC, IOC, DI transactions), Hibernate, EJB, REST, SOAP Web Services, WSDL structure, XML APIs, JDBC etc.; Beginner level experience in JavaScript/GWT, HTML, CSS, JQuery is highly desirable but not mandatory; Good knowledge and working experience in SQL and database (preferably PL/SQL); Experience in developing applications or products for Telecom OSS/BSS domain is desirable but not mandatory; Experience in development of Corba, RMI transport layers; Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, version control systems, IDEs, project assembling tools; Willingness to travel to customer locations when required
