Job Description
  • We are looking for a Team Manager with both HR responsibility and delivery responsibility.
  • The manager must ensure coordination, communication and continuous improvement within the team and has to be able to motivate, encourage and inspire the team members.
  • The Team Manager is responsible for achieving the teams goals and objectives as well as looking after the portfolio
  • Management of own portfolio and tasks aligned with departments goals and objectives
  • Securing optimal planning, prioritisation and coordination within own team
  • Responsible for the teams deliveries and quality
  • Ensuring that the necessary operation agreements and documentations are established
  • HR management of own team including active involvement in recruitment, retention, development and termination of these
  • Development of employees, including ensuring the right compositions, competencies and joint working foundation
  • Motivation and empowerment of the team to achieve their goals and objectives and proactively address obstacles for the teams work
  • Engagement with stakeholders and other teams globally
  • Conducting status review meetings with team members
  • Timely management of deliveries and escalations if necessary
    • Ability to work in a global team as well as individually
