Job Details

1. Expert  Working  Knowledge  of  Computer  Systems with advanced  exposure to  ERP  environment.
2. Plus  expert proficiency  in  MS Office.
3. SAP exposure of at least 3-4 Years is a mandatory requirement.

PREFERRED  AGE  -  28 -35  Yrs.

1. Strong  knowledge  on  Information  System  concepts  with  good  proficiency  in  applications.
2. Excellent  in  interpersonal  skills,  business  communication  and  strong  leadership  abilities.

Financial & Management Accounting

1. To ensure maintenance of books of accounts, timely preparation and finalization of financial statements  (as per INDAS & IFRS), including compliance with listing agreement and provisions of Companies Act 2013
2. To ensure all statutory compliances including timely payments of statutory taxes and filing of returns
3. Manage payables, receivables, inventory, general ledger and all other general accounting aspects
4. Managing Direct taxation compliances including  coordination with Income  tax authorities/consultants
5. To carry out project accounting, WIP including capitalization of commissioned project and to monitor CAPEX on regular basis
6. To identify and develop customized MIS reports to cater the business needs. To analyze these reports on regular basis as management control tool
7. Analysing and Submission of Management Reports
8. Monitoring submission of Monthly Group Financial Reports (to overseas Holding Company)
9. Support in developing and deploying an effective Internal MIS system with focus on analysing & scrutinising performance and supporting profitability and target achievment movement.

Statutory and tax Audit

1. Co-ordination with external auditors and Finance team on preparing audit plan
2. Monthly, Half Yearly and Yearly Closing Activities including Reporting of Financials & MIS to overseas holding company

Transfer Pricing & Other related Direct Taxation Compliances

1. Extraction of Data from the Financial Books of Account for the purposes of Transfer Pricing Assignment.
2. Liaise and work with Deloitte our Consultants and Auditors for Transfer Pricing Assignment.
3. Assist and liaise with Deloitte for any litigations/hearing on Transfer Pricing Assignment.
4. Participate and understand Business Processes and Procedures relevant for Transfer Pricing Assignment.
