Job Description

PC Know-how: Excellent MS-Office and Power points skills

Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English

Desired Profile
  • Budget Management - Field Force -

    1. Plan, design and roll out monthly incentive plans for field sales force.

    2. Keep a track of set KPIs and highlight improvement areas to regional sales teams.

    3. Track monthly achievements of BDO/ASM/MT Team/RSMs vs targets and finalize incentives for them.

    4. Share the learning of width and depth of FF sales incentives and other adhoc incentives to improve effectiveness of the same.

  • Launch Planning.

    1. Plan distribution, sell ins and finalize launch plans for all the new launches in consultation with marketing and regional sales team.

    2. Track the launch plan vs actual achievements and do offtake tracking for all the new launches.

    3. Align all stakeholders to ensure that the launch plan is customized at micro-level

  • Planning & execution of all Merchandising & Visibility elements in MT customers & visibility budget management.

  • Planning & execution of shopper engagement activations at POS

  • Client's  & POS data management & reporting.
