Job Description
  • Talent Acquisition:
  1. Placement Agencies Screening and empanelment recommendation
  2. Consultants agreements renewal
  3. Consultants cost tracking
  4. Custodian of Recruitment & Selection process – SOP/Approval Matrix/ Questionnaires/Psychometric Tests etc.
  5. Maintain track of Open Positions
  6. Maintain approved Manpower Indents
  7. Manage IJP Process
  8. Source CVs and Schedule Interviews
  9. Administer Thomas Profiling for shortlisted candidates
  10. Prepare Salary Fitment, Seek approvals and send out the Offer to the New Hire. Would also be responsible for issuing Offer Letters of Sales Officers and ASMs.
  11. Initiate Background Verification
  12. Continue to touch base with New Hire till he joins the Company
  13. Maintain an updated hiring tracker and publish Dashboard
  14. Tracker to be shared with HRLT and New Hire to be handed over for Induction
  15. Publish TA Dashboard by 3rd of every month
  • Performance Management:
  1. Consolidate G&Os
  2. Facilitate half-yearly reviews
  3. Scheduling of annual performance appraisals
  4. Prepare employee master for annual performance appraisals. Input performance ratings in the master data file and share the same with Amar for Compensation planning
  • HR Analytics:
  1. HR Budget
  2. HRIS
  3. Attrition
  4. Post Exit Feedback
