Desired Profile
  • This person will lead and coordinate the Annual Marketing and Sales planning for PP and EcoB , coordinate with business heads and Function leaders to devise the budget in accordance with LOB and corporate guidelines.
  • He/she is responsible for the overall sales and business operations. The focus is to support sales and business operations. The person is responsible for setting up systems & processes for Sales Cadence management, sales analytics & performance management.

  • Business intelligence analysts will gather this data through a number of ways, from mining ERP, CRM and other manually collated data through software, looking at competitor data and industry trends to help develop Insights of where the company stands in terms of Business Performance against Goals, where they can improve and where they can grow and be productive and profitable.
  • He/she will spend most of their time analyzing data. Past trends, current conditions, etc. They able to look at large chunks of data and understand the market dynamics, trends, macroeconomic evolutions and then communicate those trends and implications to respective stakeholders.
  • He/She understands how data is turned into information and knowledge and how that knowledge supports and enables
  • key business Insights that drive quantum improvements. The incumbent will help identify improvement programs thro specific deep dives and help launch improvement projects
