Designation	BA Channel Manager
Job Description	Extensive knowledge of skincare & personal care mandatory 4-6 years experience in training of Beauty Advisors at a national level, preferably in Skincare or personal care PC Know-how: excellent MS-Office skills Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English
Desired Profile	BA staffing: Recruitment and retention of Beauty advisors Training: Training the BA channel and the Sales Team on skin & personal care, brand, product- features, WOW factors, selling skills to ensure BA s are well equipped to drive sales through the outlets. MIS and Analytics: Custodian of the all the MIS related to BA channel. Should maintain a repository of information and do detailed analysis for further findings as and when necessary to identify source of growth for BA channel. BA Management: Conducting monthly meetings with BA to ensure target rollouts, review of sales, updates on new launches, etc. Conducting regular market visits to the BA outlets and undertaking on-the-job training, ensuring discipline in reporting and sales updation by the Beauty Advisors. Ensuring appropriate salary payouts to Beauty Advisors on a monthly basis. Performance and Productivity: Delivering the target vis-à-vis achievement and instore performance for BAs and take corrective action where required. Explore innovations/contests to drive sales growth in outlets. Market tracking: Extensive knowledge of the brand, the category and competitors’ activities from market research and continuous market screening. Reporting all market developments in terms of new launches and implementation of new strategies.
