Designation IT Project Manager
Job Description
  • PM qualification, like PMI, IPMA, Prince2 shall be mandatory.
  • ITIL Certification shall be advantageous.
  • Have lead multi locational IT projects.
  • Have lead IT enabled Process Transformational and Improvement Projects.
  • At least one end to end SAP Implementation Project Management experience mandatory.
  • Project Management for IT Infrastructure Projects.
  • Digital Transformational Project Management experience preferred.
  • Managing projects involving cloud solutions and start-ups at enterprise level would be advantageous.

  • IT led business transformation to a lean model.
  • Co-own and drive the Go-Digital movement.

  • Deliver IT Projects driving cross functional teams of IT and business to the satisfaction of Steering Committee.
  • Agile, Optimised and lean processes across responsible domains with IT enablement.
  • Define Project SOWs with attention to detail in consultation with IT and business teams.
  • Ensures the scope statement is clearly understood and as agreed to by the project team, business teams, and other stakeholders, creates the scope baseline, and the process for scope change control.
  • Own the end to end project lifecycle including organising various tollgate reviews and generating regular project updates to all stakeholders.
  • Defining escalation / response / resolution time for problems on the basis of criticality, resolving support and operational issues.
  • Develop business cases working with Finance and sponsoring business teams
  • Co-own the IT Strategy and improve IT Service Management Process
  • Identify and remediate project risks closely following Project critical path
  • Ability to assess project health from all angles and advice CIO for taking proactive resolution steps.
  • To exploit the Cloud model and work on introducing disruptive start-up technologies.
  • Managing the IT Demand Management Process.
  • Able to execute the quality plan, perform inspections, reviews, and walkthroughs to ensure quality efforts meet compliance in accepted, rejected, or rework criteria, update the plan and report status.
  • Good understanding of business requirements. Strong capability to translate requirements into proper technical language, and guide the customer into the right direction, preventing an expensive and complicated solutions Estimation of Resource, Time, Risks, Dependencies for Projects. Ensuring Motivation of the project team towards high performance and productivity.
  • Business value creation and ROI from IT initiatives and Projects.
  • Adherence to Project timelines, budgets, quality and scope of delivery.
  • Reduction of IT delivery cycle times across all Projects.
