Provide overall ownership for the Data Quality Team to identify and track the resolution of data quality issues to ensure changes are implemented successfully;
Provide leadership, guidance and expertise to manage the resolution of issues
Build out and manage relationship with external teams (Global Business, Risk and Finance)
Develop/refine the banks operating model processes for implementation of resolutions for data quality issues;
Data analysis on requirements/definitions for datasets impacted by data quality issues;
Develop/refine roles and responsibilities for stakeholders involved in the end to end data production process;
Support the planning of transition of data change from change workstreams into BAU operation.

Able to operate in Finance, Risk and Technical environment.
An understanding of the Groups operations, structure and Global Businesses.
An understanding of product and customer groups monthly/daily reporting/processing requirements.
An appreciation of the Groups Finance processes for internal and external reporting.
Knowledge of how the offshore centres operate.
A solid understanding of the Basel3 Credit Risk RWA calculations and regulatory reporting processes
An understanding of systems delivery lifecycles and delivery methodologies
Excellent analysis skills, with ability to structure problems and find solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project)
An understanding of process mapping
An understanding of project management together with the banks current system development life cycle.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Excellent communication skills across all media.
