Designation	SAP Rollout SME
Job Description	Develop global rollout strategy that outlines the sequence and timeline for regional implementations, considering business priorities and resource availability. Design global governance models and frameworks to oversee and control SAP rollout projects at the regional and corporate levels. Advise customers on how to address localization requirements, such as legal and regulatory compliance, tax codes, and language support, for each region involved in the rollout Knowledge of data harmonization strategies to consolidate and standardize master data and transactional data across global instances of SAP. Detailed knowledge of template governance, how to manage template integrity, interim solution & architecture for interfaces /reporting, release strategy, cutover, testing strategies, training and hyper care. Plan, lead, present solution in client meetings/orals/workshops and with internal stakeholders during the solution reviews
Desired Profile	Understands how business works, can articulate in business language and can translate solution/technology propositions into business value. Experienced in a multi-cultural, multi-location distributed global delivery setup, people management and with good communication skills. Expert understanding of overall process of rollouts and transition to support Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, application observability, and distributed tracing. Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA
