Job Description	Should develop novel ideas on topics related to 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) and present the idea in 3GPP RAN2 meeting. Should be capable of preparing technical contributions related to 5G RAN/ 4G RAN Have good understanding of 5G RAN specification Experience Required: Must have 10+ years of Telecom technologies (2G, 3G, 4G) related work experience. Experience in 5G technology is a big plus.
Desired Profile	Knowledge of telecom protocols and standards like 3GPP, ETSI Key technologies in Wireless Standards like SAE/LTE, UMTS, GSM, TCP/IP, IMS, 5G Knowledge of RAN protocol and Algorithm.
